Terms of Service
By booking travel services through our company Elite Professional Travel you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.
Booking & Payments A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit amounts vary depending on the destination and package. Full payment must be made by the final payment deadline provided at the time of booking. Failure to make full payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking, and applicable cancellation fees will apply.
Pricing & Fees All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice. Prices are based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise. Single occupancy may require an additional fee. Service fees, government taxes, and resort/hotel fees may be added and are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Refunds All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation fees apply based on the supplier policies and our service fees. Travel packages and airfare may be non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Documents & Requirements Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date of travel. Failure to obtain required documents may result in denied boarding, and we are not liable for any losses.
Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events. Travel insurance must be purchased at the time of booking or within the specified timeframe per the providers policies.
Responsibility & Liability We act as an intermediary between travelers and airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers. We are not responsible for acts of third-party providers, including delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or changes in itinerary. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during travel.
Force Majeure We are not responsible for any trip disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or airline strikes. Refunds or credits in such cases will be subject to the policies of third-party providers.
Changes to Itineraries We reserve the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to travelers as soon as possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements. Reservation name change is $50.00 per person NO EXCEPTIONS
Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel confirmations, checking for accuracy, and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies @ eliteprofessionaltravel@gmail.com Clients must adhere to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, and tour operators.Clients must conduct themselves responsibly during travel and comply with local laws and customs.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes related to these Terms of Service will be resolved through mediation or arbitration. Legal claims must be filed within [30 days] from the date of the incident.
Terms of Conditions
A VALID PASSPORT SIX MONTHS BEYOND TRAVEL DATES IS REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP.
In the event of cancellation, a service fee of $250 per traveler will be assessed by Elite Professional Travel to travel funds paid.
All payments to Elite Professional Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Elite Professional Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, and tour vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds after booking. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Modifications such as roommate name change require a $100.00 modification fee before any changes can be made to the booking. After final payment date a $250.00 plus any vendor fees applies to all modifications.
In the event that a traveler cancels, the remaining balance on the room will be the responsibility of the remaining travelers.
Upon completion of payment plan, all travel documents will be sent to the email provided.
Failure to complete the payment plan by final payment date may result in cancellation of your trip and loss of funds paid.
Travel protection insurance is highly recommended. If you choose not to purchase insurance you are responsible for any cancellation fees, airline penalties and/or out of pocket expenses incurred. THIS TRIP IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Modifications and adjustments will incur additional fees at the traveler's expense. Refunds can only be requested through an insurance claim. Travelers may also obtain insurance independently.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payments. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
